These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a Service Provider on the PetBuddy platform. PetBuddy connects pet owners (customers) with qualified and verified pet care professionals while ensuring transparency, trust, and the safety of every pet under your care.
PetBuddy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any major changes affecting your use of the platform.
To be eligible as a Service Provider, you must:
PetBuddy will collect a 5% tax from each transaction made between you and your customer. This amount covers platform maintenance, operational costs, and continuous service improvements.
As a Service Provider, you are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet under your care. Any act of negligence, harm, or mistreatment may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Service Provider must allow customers to view their pets via live streaming during ongoing sessions. This ensures transparency, builds trust, and provides peace of mind to pet owners.
Live streaming during pet sessions is required and mandatory. Failure of any staff member or service provider to comply with this rule will result in a ban from the platform.
You have the right to cancel a service when necessary due to valid reasons. In such cases initiate a refund for the customer through the platform.
PetBuddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any part of these Terms, fail to meet quality standards, or engage in activities that harm customers or the platform’s reputation.
PetBuddy respects your privacy and protects your personal data. We collect only the necessary information required to manage your account, verify your credentials, and process transactions.
Your personal information (such as name, contact details, and certification) will be securely stored and used only for verification and operational purposes.
PetBuddy will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
By using the platform, you consent to PetBuddy’s Privacy Policy and the responsible use of your information.
If you cancel a scheduled booking, you must issue a refund to the customer within a reasonable time through the platform’s refund system.
Refund eligibility for customer cancellations will follow the cancellation terms outlined in your service listing or PetBuddy’s standard refund process.
By registering as a Service Provider and using PetBuddy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including all policies, rules, and guidelines.
